How Sanderling uses information shared through these website request forms.
Information you choose to share
Our request forms ask for your name, email, and city or community. You may also provide a phone number, preferred date, cleaning priorities, and basic estimate selections. If a photo contest is open, its form also collects the entry photo and agreement to the published rules. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.
Responding to your request
Sanderling uses these details to reply, prepare an estimate, discuss the cleaning scope, arrange an appointment, or administer the contest you entered. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment or authorize additional charges. Request details are saved in private website records available to authorized administrators, and a notification is sent to the business contact email.
Optional email news
The permission to receive news and offers is separate from the permission needed to answer your request. It is optional and unchecked by default. Declining it does not stop you from requesting an estimate, consultation, appointment, or contest entry. Ask us by email to stop optional marketing messages.
Photographs
Contest photos are stored with private entry records and are not automatically published in a public gallery. Any contest-specific publication or other use must be explained in the official rules. Sending a private request or entry alone does not give permission for unrelated marketing use. Avoid including people, addresses, labels, and personal documents in submitted photos.
Maps, analytics, and other services
A Google Map loads only when you choose to show it. Loading it connects your browser to Google and is subject to Google’s practices. If Google Analytics is configured, you can choose whether to allow it using the analytics preference control. The website’s analytics events do not include the names, emails, phone numbers, messages, or photos submitted in these forms.
The site’s WordPress hosting, security, and email services may process technical information such as browser details, network addresses, and logs under their own practices. The request forms use a temporary rate-limit record derived from a network address to limit repeated submissions; that control expires after an hour. If a separate appointment widget is displayed, review its booking process and privacy information before confirming.
Access, correction, and deletion
Contact hello@sanderlingcc.com to ask about a request you submitted, correct its details, withdraw optional marketing permission, or request deletion. We may need to confirm that the request belongs to you. Information may be retained when needed to resolve an ongoing request or fulfill business obligations; deletion from active website records may not immediately remove hosting backups or previously delivered email notifications.

Cleaning documentation and marketing photos
We document the agreed work with before-and-after photos. Found small belongings are bagged, labeled with the address, date, and time, photographed, and reported privately to the client. We show clients any proposed marketing photo and obtain approval before publishing. Private documentation is never automatically added to our public gallery.
