If renovation dust or construction residue is present, we discuss whether post-construction cleaning is the better starting point. A clean is not a home inspection or a guarantee of the property’s condition.

Laundry-machine cleaning and under-oven work are separate unless your package expressly includes them. Heavy or unusual buildup needs a scope review. We do not move large appliances.
