The cleaning plan does not guarantee a deposit refund, buyer acceptance, or a property inspection result. Those decisions depend on other people and the property’s overall condition. We can explain the work we agree to complete and discuss realistic options when a checklist calls for something beyond residential cleaning.

Please tell us what will remain. Empty, accessible rooms are easier to plan, and any remaining belongings affect the agreed scope.

Changing Tides includes one oven, one refrigerator, one fully defrosted freezer, empty cabinet and drawer interiors, and reachable interior window glass, tracks, and sills. Included work is counted once.
Laundry-machine cleaning and under-oven work are separate unless your package expressly includes them. Heavy or unusual buildup needs a scope review. We do not move large appliances.
