Tell us what needs attention, and we’ll discuss the condition, preparation, and work before you book.

What Mini Galley includes
This is focused appliance cleaning, rather than a clean of the whole kitchen or home. We confirm suitable surfaces, safe access, and any work beyond the base scope with you.
One refrigerator
Agreed interior cleaning, plus the refrigerator’s safely accessible top and exterior. We plan contents and cold storage with you before the visit so the interior is ready for cleaning.
One freezer compartment
Interior cleaning once the compartment is empty and fully defrosted. We do not thaw freezers or clean ice buildup.
A little preparation makes room for the work.
Please empty the refrigerator and freezer before arrival, and fully defrost the freezer according to its manufacturer’s instructions. Arrange suitable cold storage for anything you need to keep.
If you would like help transferring refrigerator contents to another suitable refrigerator on site, ask us to include that separately in your quote. Other contents handling and cold storage also need a separate agreed plan. You restock afterward.
Please tell us about stuck parts, delicate or damaged finishes, remaining ice, and anything that limits access. We’ll discuss what can be safely cleaned without moving the appliances.

Include more appliance detail.
Full Galley adds agreed stovetop, dishwasher, washer, and dryer detail to the Mini scope. It is the broader appliance option, not whole home cleaning or household laundry.

A few practical questions
What if the oven needs intensive cleaning?
Tell us about the buildup before booking. We review the model, finish, and condition before agreeing on suitable work. An intensive upgrade or exceptional work needs a separate quote and your approval. No single cleaning method is suitable for every oven.
Does Mini Galley include cleaning behind or beneath appliances?
No appliance moving is included. Under oven cleaning through a safely removable drawer may be quoted separately when the appliance allows it. Repair, dismantling, and vent services are not part of Galley cleaning.
Can I include another refrigerator or freezer?
Yes, you can request additional appliance interiors in your estimate. Tell us the total number of appliances so included units are counted once and any additional work is clear.
Is appliance time also charged as hourly house cleaning?
No. Flat fee appliance work includes its labor, products, tools, and time. That same time is not also charged as additional hourly cleaning. Any exceptional work needs a separate quote and your approval before we proceed.
