We confirm that the property is ready for cleaning rather than schedule around ongoing dust-producing work. Hazardous materials, unknown residues, unfinished surfaces, or specialty restoration needs must be assessed before a cleaning plan is accepted. Exterior window cleaning is not part of this service.

When should I schedule the clean?
After the contractors have finished the relevant work and removed their materials. We confirm timing, access, and utilities together.
