Dune · Maintenance Cleaning
Keep a cared-for home feeling cared for.
Dune maintenance cleaning is for existing recurring clients whose homes already meet the Sanderling Standard. Dune concentrates on the everyday essentials so the house stays comfortable between more detailed resets.
A good fit for an already-maintained home.
Dune works best when kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces have manageable everyday dust and soil. It is not the right substitute for a deep clean when buildup, neglected edges, or a long gap in service needs attention. We will help you choose a practical starting point before confirming the appointment.

What we plan for
Your personalized estimate identifies the rooms, tasks, and details included in your appointment.
- Accessible everyday kitchen surfaces and agreed sink care.
- Routine bathroom surfaces within the agreed scope.
- Dusting suitable reachable surfaces in included rooms.
- Vacuuming and floor cleaning using methods appropriate to the surface.
- A clear discussion of your priorities and the condition of the home.
Maintenance does not have to mean rushed.
The agreed tasks still deserve care. We explain the rooms and detail level rather than assume that every home can fit the same checklist. If your household wants more trim, reachable edges, or rotating detail work on every visit, a recurring detailed plan may be a better fit.

A few things you might be wondering
Is maintenance the right first cleaning?
Dune is reserved for existing recurring clients whose homes meet the Sanderling Standard. For your first cleaning, we’ll help you choose standard or deep cleaning based on your home’s condition and priorities.
Can I request a particular priority?
Yes. Tell us which areas matter most so we can agree on what the visit includes. A request for extra detail is discussed before it becomes additional work.
Is a recurring plan always a Dune clean?
No. Recurring describes the schedule. Maintenance, standard, and more detailed care describe the work. We choose the level that fits your home.
