Start with the right first visit
Our recurring cleaning service begins with the condition of the home and the work you want included. Some homes are ready for maintenance. Others need a more detailed initial visit before an ongoing routine makes sense.
That first conversation helps separate the starting work from the work that follows. It also gives you a clearer basis for comparing the plan and its cost.
Decide what regular help should cover
Tell me which rooms you use daily and which details matter most. A kitchen that sees several meals a day may have different priorities from a room used mainly when guests visit.
We can discuss the agreed routine and any detail work that belongs in the plan. Appliance interiors, extra rooms and other additions should be clear rather than assumed.
An every other week plan still leaves ordinary life between visits. Spills, dishes and the things a household uses each day do not follow an appointment calendar. The value is having an agreed portion of the cleaning handled regularly.
Let the schedule fit the household
Work hours, pets, visitors and private spaces all deserve consideration. If you prefer to be out during cleaning, we can discuss access, communication, payment and locking up. If you will be home, tell me about the routines we should consider.
A useful plan should be understandable before you commit to it. Ask about the service, frequency and arrangements that apply to your home.
